About Me

Hey there!!

My name is Braydon, and I’m a full-time advertising student studying in Washington.

My fitness journey has been an interesting one. I have a pretty generic athletic background. Sports throughout middle and high school. Although I struggled a lot with self-image & self-worth growing up, which led to me developing a binge eating problem in my first year of university.

It wasn't until I hit my lowest point (mentally) that I realized I needed to make a change. I knew I needed to start taking care of my body and nourishing it with good food and exercise. I joined a gym with the main goal of losing weight and building muscle, and although starting is tough, I began to see progress and felt more confident in my own skin. The gym has become my sanctuary, where I learned about the importance of proper nutrition and lost not only weight but also built muscle, gained confidence, self-love, and a better relationship with myself.

After going through my own fitness journey, I developed a strong desire to help others achieve their goals through sharing my experience and knowledge. I understand the struggles of starting out and developing a healthy relationship with food. My aim is to inspire and motivate others through sharing workout tips, nutrition advice, and support. I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and strong, and I am committed to creating a positive impact on people's lives through my various cookbooks, workout plans, and guides (lots to come).
